"I am writing to say that to be perfectly honest I am quite surprised that completion took place as it seemed that each and every time the chain looked to be set to proceed something would occur to basically throw the matter into chaos. However, if it wasn't for the excellent actions of your employees, namely Lisa Hall and Janet Lewis, I am of the view that this transaction would have fallen through. Their professionalism, tenacity and thoroughness throughout, was in my opinion second to none and I was truly grateful for all their efforts and assistance in what became a very frustrating stressful and delicate situation. I would like to offer my thanks and appreciation to both Lisa and Janet for all their efforts and look forward to working with them again, hopefully in less stressful circumstances."
